- Lil Dispatchas is not a licensed freight broker and does not take possession or control of freight.
- We operate as a dispatch service on behalf of authorized motor carriers.
- All carriers must maintain:
- Active USDOT and MC authority
- Valid insurance coverage
- Compliance with FMCSA regulations
The carrier retains full responsibility for:
- Load execution
- Safety compliance
- Hours of service (HOS)
- Insurance and liability
4. Carrier Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree that:
- You are an independent motor carrier
- You maintain your own authority and insurance
- You are responsible for all transportation services performed
- You will comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
5. Payment Terms
- Dispatch fees will be agreed upon before service begins
- Payment terms may be structured as:
- Percentage of load revenue, or
- Flat fee per load/week
- Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services
6. No Guarantee of Loads or Revenue
We do not guarantee:
- Load availability
- Specific rates
- Revenue levels
Market conditions, broker availability, and external factors are beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lil Dispatchas is not liable for:
- Loss of income or profits
- Load cancellations or delays
- Broker non-payment
- Damages arising from carrier operations
Our role is strictly administrative and supportive.
8. Independent Contractor Relationship
Nothing in this agreement creates:
- Employer/employee relationship
- Partnership or joint venture
Carriers remain fully independent businesses.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if:
- Terms are violated
- Non-payment occurs
- Fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which the Company operates.
